For the first time in three years, a home on navigable water is priced under one million dollars.  A Baytowne home with a 48 foot dock is now offered at $999,000.

A home in Waterbend was originally offered at $340,000 has been reduced to $265,000

A home in Windrift also dropped its price $30,000 to $649,000.
