There are 74 listings on the market as we head into June.  Three homes closed this month (we were involved in all of them) and there are currently four under contract.  Predictably, the real estate activity is slow right now with June being the slowest month of the year along with August.

We are sending the email report out a few days early this month because of the 4th of July.

JL homeowners that are out of town may want to have there house checked after the severe rain and lightning we have been having almost daily.  Please let me know if we can help you in any way.
